Updated June '08: I'm contributing to 2 albums that are currently being recorded :

Animations - music14 The first is 'Berwick - The Album' (working title). All songs written and performed by myself but this is a community project. The songs are all about the characters and places where I live in and around Berwick-upon-Tweed, and features only local musicians, many of them playing on songs about themselves. Look out for samples of the songs here!

Animations - music15 The second album 'Swan Summer' is a musical about swans as if they're 'human' that's being recorded for release. The musical is ultimately intended for children to perform but this CD will be its first incarnation. I'm singing the part of the innkeeper's wife, who is actually a duck (quack, quack!).

Animations - music44 Listen to Haze's Recordings:

Animations - music39 Listen to Blowin' In the Wind by Bob Dylan - piano & vocal by Haze.

Recorded last year for a tribute concert for my dear friend the late Shaun Henderson (more about him on my 'miscellaneous' page). I couldn't be there in person so recorded this at a friend's house to be played on the night. It wasn't a song I'd sung before but meant something to Shaun and I and the words have a particular poignancy now he is gone.

Animations - music39 Cocoon with East Coast Caravan; music, backing and recording by Daniel Knox; vocal melody and lyrics improvised by Haze; saxophone improvisation by Kate Philp. From the album 'Crime Doesn't Pay' (see page 2).

Animations - music39 Liverpool Lazarus words, music, vocals and piano by Hazel Quinn. From the album 'Crime Doesn't Pay'.
